WLK / BBS “Nightlife”

Poet/lyricist WLK and producer BBS (Bronze Baby Shoes) have released a new single “Nightlife” which showcase their ability to collaborate and produce a complete musical concept. “Nightlife,” is an original indie hip hop record. The single is available on WLK’s official Soundcloud page

Consisting of Houston TX vocalist/lyricist WLK and Virginia native and producer BBS are adding their components to the fresh sounds of modern hip-hop. “Nightlife” has inspired them to share their version of having a night out on the town with music lovers worldwide.

“Nightlife” conceptually started the day BBS dropped the freshly produced track in to The Shane Show chat room (A community of tight nit friends that have bonded over radio show host and former Survivor contender Shane Powers). WLK quickly secured the track and got to work. Written by WLK the poet, and mixed and mastered by BlakeNine (Candlewax Records) the duo took their inspiration and love of music to produce a record that would be its own tornado of hope and triumph. Bronze Baby Shoes musical range and WLK’s poetic story telling displays the duo’s long-standing love for Hip Hop & R&B.
