4D Arcade

28 year old London based producer 4D Arcade, aka Alex, originally picked up his first drum machine when he was 14 in order to create beats for his guitar riffs. The synths and beats eventually took over and Alex was soon producing trance and techno for friends.

After being involved in the techno and hard house scene, running his own label and securing a release on underground giants Toolbox Records, he decided his standard of production was at a point where he could take his tracks to a new level and audience. 4D has worked hard to translate his dark, “glitchy” and groove-saturated tracks blend over a scope of genres and 4D Arcade is the end result of that process.

4D’s studio is undergoing major changes which are finishing in January 2012. In the mean-time, 4D has been busy remixing Mr FijiWiji’s “Insomnia” for the Youtube competition, as well as a taste of things to come in the form of a track named “Shanked in Tesco”.

More to come soon and expect a very busy 2012 from 4D Arcade! With interest from labels, 100+ subscribers on Youtube in 2 months and also being in talks with digital distributors, expect big things from 4D Arcade in 2012!
