50 Cent Blames Floyd Mayweather For SMS Promotion Failure

Last month 50 Cent filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy for his SMS Promotions company. 50 Cent now claims that the reason for the failure of his company was due to Mayweather not helping his brand the company. According to new court documents the promotions company was supposed to be a joint venture between 50 Cent and his long time friend Floyd Mayweather. When the boxer pled guilty to domestic violence charges in December of 2011, the rapper decided to carry on the business without his partner.

It’s good to note that the SMS Promotion brand has not be associated with Mayweather for a few years now, 50 decided to cut ties with Mayweather in 2012. Although the company is a loss for 50, he still has lots to be proud of his network series show Power being renewed for another season by STARZ.
