Aberian Kelevra
Aberian “Kelevra” Morgan was born in erie pennsylvania to a single mother and two older sisters. Raised in the church and influenced by early 80’s soul and hip hop music was always a part of his life. The name Aberian Kelevra comes from both biblical and hebrew descent. Aberian being the modern day translation of Abraham- father of many nations and Kelevra- meaning “bad dog” “slick talker” Or to his own meaning K.E.L.E.V.R.A. Keep Every Living Enemy Very Reachable Always.
Some early influences are greats such as L.L. Cool J, Run D MC, Big L, Cool G rap, Notorious Big, Tupac and others. But the main influence and the person who introduced him to hip hop was his oldest sister. At a very young age Aberian would sneak in her room and listen to her hip hop cassette tapes and learn the hip hop craft first hand. Aberian quickly gained respect from the other hip hop participants in his city by displaying lyrical and crafty rhyme skills. Doing so solidified his spot as one of the best to touch a microphone in the city of erie pa.
Aberian has opened for many mainstream acts such as Jewels Santana, Ludacris, jim jones, Krs-1, Bobby V, Bone thugs n harmony, and many others. Aberian is very active in the erie,pa hip hop scence as well. Performing in spots such as Sugar rays, Papa georges, Sherlocks, Metropolitan, Metroplex, Stepping out lounge, Lamas and the convention center.
