Black Glovez

This is going to be our first post that showcases music from a hip hop group. This group is from Montreal, Canada and their name is Black Glovez.

Back in mid 2005 a young up and coming producer named ElonSkee starte to produce and record music with his close friends and family. Those early years of them creating music lead to the formation of the “S.Y.T.E.Rz” which they changed later on to “Black Glovez”.

In the beginning of 2009 Black Glovez officially launched their own media outlet called ElonSkeeTV. The initial goal of this project was to introduce each and every member individually throughout audio & video content released throughout various media sources. And with the birth of social media it made them getting out their content to the world much more easier.

Over the years the Black Glovez has put out a lot of promotional content that has gained the group major recognition through out the Montreal hip hop community. Each content not only shows the groups unity, but it displays each of the members unique qualities. In a day where there aren’t many hip hop groups Black Glovez plan to stick together and make music as a unit for many years to come.

ElonSkee says “Black Glovez is more like a family than just friends, we plan to go the distance and make a big name for ourselves as a family that just happens to rap together.” The thing that impressed me most about Black Glovez is that they’re a set of young rappers that have ambition and are doing well at branding and marketing themselves to gain the exposure they need to get the attention of record labels.

I think that this group has a very bright future a head of them, and if they keep grinding and hustling the way they are now the success they’ll have in the future will be limitless!
