Boogieman Dela – What If

Philly MC Boogieman DeLa has always had a love for all types of music as his mother was a musician, so you can say his talent was genetic. At an early age, his expression and vision did conflict with his family’s religious view. He expressed his feelings in poetry, but having a heritage of faith, his music, didn’t always represent his background views. Before high school, Boogie was writing music for his close friends and family to hear.

His obvious “way with words” caught the attention of others around him. Especially in high school where he was dominant in the battle rap scene. As he gets mature and masters his craft, Boogieman Dela has come into his own, with a vision and a word of encouragement for survival within the “jungle of Life”.
