Nitty Scott MC, is an American female rapper who was born in Michigan, grew up in Florida, but now called Brooklyn her home.

The half Puerto Rican – half African American indie artist has created an Internet buzz of massive proportions with well crafted, hard hitting freestyles, conscious lyrics and the charisma of a Hip Hop princess.

She first got the streets buzzin’ when she was apart of B.E.T’s 2011 hip hop Awards, shortly after that she was called to do an interview with Allhiphop where she spoke a little about her influences and also ripped an amazing freestyle for the listeners Nitty Scott B.E.T. Freestyle

Nitty Scott is definitely more than just a cute face she can hold her when it comes to spittin on any beat and her lyrics can hang wioth the best of them. As any other new rapper she still has room for improvement, and we thing she will get even better as time goes by, after all she’s only 20 years old.

Nitty aims to create her own lane with her conscious rap never neglecting to mention that her musical influences stem from artists such as MC Lite and Jean Grae. Evidently enough her influences shine through in her flows; extremely similar to those heard in the 90′s. Nitty Scott, MC is one of the hardest working rappers to date and is always representing for her “Boombox Family”.
