YOUNG MAGIC – Believe It Or Not (Mixtape)

Young Magic’s debut mixtape, Believe It Or Not, Hosted by DJ MLK (Grand Hustle) & Sean Paul of the YoungBloodz weds his attitude and personal style into a marriage of musical harmony that is all but ordinary. “The whole title, Believe It Or Not says it all. It ain’t all about selling Dope & trapping, because it’s not just about hardcore stuff.

I’m just on some different, Kool, slick type of thang. I do music for the love, and it’s about achieving some stuff. I’ll walk up in a club with some street gear on, clothes that look like we just came up off a Ave, because I’m not caught up in the hype. I’m not trying to sound like nobody, I’m just trying to have a good time with music,” explains Young Magic.

The first underground single, “Hercules,” is a ghetto club anthem with a clever punchy hook and amazingly solid production that will have you throwing (el) bows into the wee hours of the morning finding yourself mimicking the words “I Be Growing Strong” . The second single, “Different” the laid back track Catching some underground buzz, was inspired while cruising along the freeway. (Tonite I mite drive something different), “.
