Anthony Cruz, better known as AZ, is an American Grammy nominated rapper of Afro-Dominican descent. AZ is best known for being a long time rhyme partner of Nas and being a member of hip-hop super group The Firm alongside Nas and Foxy Brown. AZ is known for his multi-syllabic rhyming pattern and deep content base and is considered to be a rap genius. AZ’s highly anticipated album Doe or Die 2 is set for release 4th Quarter 2014.
